Former Loudoun County Correctional Deputy Charged with Sexual Battery and Delivering Contraband to Inmate

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) has charged a former Correctional Deputy following allegations of sexual battery and delivering an article to an inmate at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center (ADC).

The charges stem from incidents that reportedly occurred between August 8 and August 13, 2023. Jusino Ramos is accused of inappropriate conduct, including touching an inmate during a search and providing a vaping device to the same inmate. These allegations triggered a thorough investigation by the LCSO, in collaboration with the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney.

The identity of the victim, who is no longer housed at the Loudoun County ADC, has been kept confidential. Jusino Ramos, who began working with the LCSO on January 22, 2022, was placed on administrative leave following the report of these allegations. Her employment with the LCSO was subsequently terminated on September 20, 2023.
