Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Probes Sterling Robbery and Stabbing Incident

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is currently investigating a robbery and stabbing incident that transpired on the evening of Tuesday, December 12, 2023. This event has raised safety concerns among residents.

The incident occurred around 7:45 p.m. on Pantzlaff Farm Terrace in Sterling, where deputies were called to a report of a robbery involving an adult male victim. On arrival, it was discovered that a physical altercation had ensued between the victim and the suspect, during which the suspect stabbed the victim and absconded with his cell phone. The victim was subsequently transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Preliminary investigations by the LCSO suggest that the attack was not a random act. The suspect, still at large, is described as a Black male in his 20s, about 6 feet tall, with a thin build and dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and driving a grey sedan.
