Stabbing Incident at Dulles Town Center Results in Hospitalization of Victim

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is actively investigating a stabbing incident that took place at Dulles Town Center. This incident adds to the increasing number of violent events recently observed in the Sterling area.

The event unfolded last night, around 9:45 p.m. when deputies were summoned to the Dulles Town Center mall’s parking lot in Sterling. They were responding to a report of a stabbing. According to the victim, after exiting the mall and entering his vehicle, he was confronted by two masked individuals. These assailants forcibly removed him from his vehicle and inflicted multiple stab wounds before escaping in a dark-colored sedan. The victim, an adult male, fortunately, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and is currently receiving medical care at a local hospital.

Descriptions of the attackers are as follows: The first individual is a male of indeterminate race, standing between 5’6″ and 5’8″ in height, with a stocky build. He was wearing blue jeans, a yellow shirt, a black jacket, black gloves, and a black ski mask. The second individual, also a male of unknown race, is described as tall and slender, clad in black pants, a blue shirt, a black jacket, black gloves, and a black ski mask.

Detectives are investigating the motive behind this assault. The investigation is ongoing, and the LCSO is urging anyone who might have witnessed the incident or has any relevant information to come forward.
